Low Back Pain
Ladies often suffer groin pain, some kind of running down pain / tingling over front thigh, unable to sit low stool or chair, cause feeling blocking in the groin. It is often mispercepted as apendix pain or intestinal discomfort. Young teenagers may feel unable to cross legged and sit.
Often it happens in amateur runner due to wrong running techniques. Also, may be suffered by ballet dancers, etc. it’s a kind of burning pain located in front of the shin bone area, especially after long distance of walking or uphills.
Calf cramp always being percepted due to lacking of salt or sodium in body or due to cold weather. Biomechanic of walking & running gait will explain it. It indicates muscles overwork throughout the day. Often happens after travel.
It may not due to trauma only, repetitive ankle sprain suggests that your ankle is in problem. Some may experience ankle tiredness & sourish after activities. That is a sign too!
Heel Pain / Heel Spur
Frequent clients with so called ‘heel spur’ or ‘plantar fasciitis’ will suffer sharp pain in the morning during their first step from bed.
Ben explains that single feet pain mostly associated with overloading of body weight onto one side, whilst both feet pain associated with postural and biomechanical insufficiency. Also, foot and heel begins to pain and ache not only due to foot arch problem (Flat feet / high arch). Spur or fasciitis is only the end result of bone / fascie inflammation after poor biomechanics dysfunction.
Manifested by knuckles of the toes pain, or fore foot pain. Fore foot pain cannot be solved by foot orthotic only. Biomechanic explains faulty foot structure with specific muscles tightness causing the thickening of joint capsule at metatarsal bones.
The most most common problem in all ages. Everyone is taking supplement to 'prevent' it. But, it doesn’t work, cause 'supplements' does not treat the real problem of knee pain.
