Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to understand patient complaints and conditions, then provide suitable consultation and treatment.
- Ensure treatments aim to ease pain, reduce discomfort, and achieve agreed resolutions with patients.
- Handle all physiotherapy services and schedules, either at the center or for house calls, to maximize patient satisfaction.
- Adjust and revise treatment plans as needed, considering patient responses, capacity, and changes in their condition.
- Address patient complaints by offering clear explanations and maintaining accurate records to prevent misunderstandings.
- Optimize daily schedules to accommodate changes and meet patient demands.
- Participate in company-organized events.
- Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Must have at least a Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy (only Physiotherapy-related courses will be considered).
- Applicants with manual therapy skills are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must own reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer skills (Word & Excel) are required.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational schedule.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
