Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of complex or chronic patient conditions, ensuring detailed consultation and tailored treatment plans.
- Mentor and guide junior physiotherapists, providing feedback, training, and support to enhance their clinical skills and professional growth.
- Oversee treatment outcomes, ensuring that all therapies align with patient goals and the center’s standards of care.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality, optimize workflows, and introduce innovative treatment methodologies.
- Lead physiotherapy services for critical or high-priority cases, including on-site, house calls, or specialized programs.
- Handle escalated patient complaints or concerns, ensuring professional communication and timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all cases and contribute to the development of best practices and protocols.
- Represent the center at community and professional events, showcasing expertise and promoting the brand.
- Assist in planning and executing team schedules to balance workloads and enhance overall team productivity.
- Provide input on strategic decisions, including resource allocation, service enhancements, and team development initiatives.
- Execute tasks and projects as assigned by the management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Experience as physiotherapist
- Must have at least a Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy (only Physiotherapy-related courses will be considered).
- Applicants with manual therapy skills are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must own reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer skills (Word & Excel) are required.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational schedule.
