Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing client records and appointments.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Manage appointment bookings and client follow-ups.
- Billing and Finance Assistance
- Handle invoicing, payment collections, and receipt issuance.
- Oversee the inventory of office supplies and therapy materials.
- Coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Provide support to the physiotherapy team in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Fluent in English & Malay.
- Familiarity with medical or physiotherapy operations is a plus.
