Core & Fusion Exercise ClassPilates has been proven to condition the core muscles of everyone, especially who has low back pain due to increased lordosis and anterior tilt. Pilates aims to strengthen the necessary muscles in the body, particularly on core which consists of diaphragm, pelvic floor muscles, transverse abdominis and multifidus, as well as others stabilizers in the joints. It is suitable to all ages of different level of ability and fitness, from beginner to elite athletes. Besides, it is a low impact but high metabolic form of exercise.
