Ben loves his work!
In BENPHYSIO, Ben is redefining physiotherapy as an exceptionally high-quality and high-value healthcare service. He has developed an approach dedicated to providing long-lasting treatment and exceeding clients' expectations. This approach arises from Ben’s experiences at multiple physiotherapy clinics, via his sharp clinical observations, and through his independent researches.
Ben is dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of care for his clients, and to this end has pursued, and continues to educate and provide professional development programs to his physiotherapists as well as local physiotherapists.
Ben graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (with Hons) in 2008. Very keen interest in manual therapy in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury and neurological rehabilitation using his own approach, Ben’s Approach. He has been volunteering in NASAM and Tzu Chi neurological support group, as the chief physiotherapy. He also appears to one of the speaker in ASTRO programme.
Currently, he's actively organizing workshops and public & coorperate talks related to health / posture / ergonomics / etc.
In his spare time, Ben spends his time running, enjoying any chance he gets on his feet for a run. In addition. he founded Ben’s Running Clinic to help runners from physiotherapy point of view to improve the runner's running performance.

Has been working as a physiotherapist since 2015. Upon her completion of a broad spectrum of hospital experiences in acute medical care since 2015 she joined Ben Physio & Rehab to pursue her vision for manual approach for integrative care especially in musculoskeletal aspect. In addition to rehabilitative exercise, Sally combines holistic teciques including joint manipulation and dry needling to form a treatment approach that considers whole body imbalances and restrictions that contribute to acute and persistent or chronic injuries.

Had been posted to chiropractor's centre before. Noticed that the understanding about scoliosis is still very poor, as well as the management of scoliosis still uncertain and general.
Currently she is using Ben's Approach to explain, assess and manage scoliosis cases more effectively.
He has 3 years of clinical experience, working in a private hospital setting ranging from acute to chronic care (pre and post-surgical interventions).
Yap specialises in manual therapy treatment (joint mobilisation, soft tissue manipulation) and specific exercise prescription. He also has special interests in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, and emphasizes on functional rehab which involves movement analysis to allow individual to safely return to activity in goal-orientated way.
Yap is always very passionate about his work and enjoys working with patients from many different walks of life.

Trudy has 9 year experience in physiotherapy, his journey started from Assunta Hospital, whereby he gained wide range of experiences comprise of rehabilitation for post operative, neurological, cardiorespiratory, and musculoskeletal. After working for 5 years, he then collaborated with orthopaedic surgeon focusing on treating musculoskeletal problem, his interest then expands into finding out root cause of problems whereby he practiced Ben’s Approach in treating musculoskeletal problems. His enthusiasm further drives him to finding out more possibilities that can cause musculoskeletal problems.
Trudy has been curious and interested in human body movements since he started physiotherapy, his was curious on core stability of the trunk in performing movements, he was trained in “wing chun” martial art, whereby “wing chun” focuses on foot , pelvis and trunk stability that gives strength and agility to distal limbs, he plays golfs as well which concentrates in pelvis stability in performing golf swings.
He attended few courses throughout his journey as physiotherapist started with Janda’s approach to musculoskeletal pain, shoulder dysfunction treating using “The Pelvic girdle”, core stability training, Masterclass in vestibular rehabilitation, and other courses such as basic life support, and leadership courses with Asiaworks Malaysia.
