it will appear in SHARP pain.
Especially turning /rotating to the same side of spasm.
Therefore, it is NOT ADVISABLE to continue
turn to pain side as exercise!!!

inhibits the tired / overworked muscle from resting.

look down at the armpit,

over the spasm muscle.
