Today, B.E.N.PHYSIO & Rehab also provide pre-pain / pre-injury consultation by doing postural assessment & game assessment using biomechanical approach after deep understanding of your work nature as well as your game-play.

Research has shown that resting for more than a day or so does not help but actually prolong pain and disability.

Medication reduces the pain and inflammation chemically, physiotherapy fastens the process in reducing the swelling; improves the muscle or ligaments healing without scaring to prevent lingering pain in future.

A specialized form of physiotherapy delivered with hands as opposed to a device or machine.

Via myofascial release, practitioners use their hands to apply pressure on muscle tissues to decrease pain caused by muscle tension / spasm / cramp.

Also helpful in treating stiff joints by joint mobilization techniques. Poor range of motion often leads to muscles strain during activities.

A safe method applicable for pregnant ladies and elderly as well.

You may feel soreness post treatment. Drink more water after the physiotherapy session. Apply ice pack on treated area if necessary.

Giving us as much earlier notice as possible helps us to serve you and our in-need-clients better. Should you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, you will then be liable for the RM 50.00 cancellation fee.
