Jackson graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Cyberjaya, acquiring diverse clinical experience at HPUPM, An-Nur Specialist Hospital, nursing homes, and private physiotherapy centers.

His primary areas of interest include musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, as well as sports injuries. Jackson believes that the combination of hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education forms the foundation of effective physiotherapy. He is committed to carefully listening to his patients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans to help each individual achieve their goals.

An avid sports enthusiast, Jackson actively participates in various sports, including badminton, taekwondo, and running. Throughout his school years, he proudly represented his school in numerous sports tournaments and carnivals. Jackson also coached primary and secondary school students in badminton, further nurturing his passion for physical activity and sports.
