Johor Patient with Uneven Foot Alignment
A patient from Bandar Dato’ Onn, Johor Bahru visited us because when lying face down, her feet were not aligned properly—pointing at different angles—which caused discomfort and affected her posture during rest and exercises.
After a thorough assessment by our physiotherapists—identifying muscular imbalances, tight calves, and hip restrictions—she began a personalised treatment plan. Using manual therapy, myofascial release, stretching, and targeted strengthening exercises, her feet gradually returned to a more neutral and balanced position, with both heels pointing upwards. Now, she can lie comfortably with proper alignment and improved lower limb posture.
