Melaka Patient Unable to Put Hands Behind Back
A female patient from Bukit Beruang, Melaka came to us struggling to place her hand behind her back due to shoulder tightness and restricted mobility. After a detailed assessment by our physiotherapists, the root cause of her limitation was identified and addressed through a personalised treatment plan.
Using a combination of myofascial release, shoulder mobilisation, posture correction, and targeted rehab exercises, she gradually regained full movement and can now comfortably reach behind her back again.
