Perak Patient Unable to Lift Legs Fully
A patient from Greentown, Ipoh, Perak visited us because she could only lift her legs slightly, making movements like sitting cross-legged, performing stretches, or lifting her legs while exercising very difficult.
After a thorough assessment by our physiotherapists—identifying tight hip flexors, muscular imbalances, and limited joint mobility—she began a personalised treatment plan. Through manual therapy, myofascial release, hip joint mobilisation, and targeted strengthening and stretching exercises, she gradually regained hip and knee flexibility. Now, she can lift her legs closer to her chest comfortably and perform daily activities and exercises with ease.
