Johor Patient with Outward-Rotated Feet
A patient from Skudai, Johor Bahru visited us because she noticed that when lying face down, her feet naturally pointed outwards, with the heels angled towards each other. This misalignment caused discomfort and affected her posture during daily activities and exercise.
After a detailed assessment by our physiotherapists—identifying muscular imbalances, tightness in the calves and hips, and joint restrictions—she began a personalised treatment plan. Through manual therapy, myofascial release, stretching, and targeted strengthening exercises, her feet gradually returned to a neutral position, with the heels pointing upwards towards the ceiling. Now, she can lie down comfortably with proper alignment and improved lower limb posture.
