KL Patient Regains Ability to Lift Hands Forward
A patient from Sentul, Kuala Lumpur visited us because she could not lift her hands straight forward due to shoulder stiffness and limited mobility. This restriction affected her ability to perform daily tasks and certain exercises.
After a thorough assessment by our physiotherapists—identifying joint restrictions, tight muscles in the shoulders and upper back, and postural imbalances—she began a personalised treatment plan. Through manual therapy, myofascial release, shoulder mobilisation, and targeted strengthening exercises, her forward arm lift gradually improved. After treatment, she can now raise her hands further forward with better mobility and less discomfort.
